Every button starts the 7-day free trial. A payment method is set up through Razorpay when the trial starts; nothing is charged until it ends, and cancelling during the trial means nothing is ever charged. More than two children? ₹99 a month or ₹990 a year for each extra child, billed with your plan.

Calm, and the same for everyone
You try everything, you decide, and if you cancel in time you pay nothing. Because the trial is real, payments are not refunded afterwards. The nine points are the whole policy.

How the free trial works
- Every account starts with a 7-day free trial the moment you sign up. No card, no UPI mandate, nothing to enter.
- Everything is unlocked during the trial: all four worlds, Story Time and Masti Buddy, for two children.
- Choose a plan at any time during the trial from the Plan page. It begins the day the trial ends, and the first payment is taken then, so lessons are never interrupted.
- If you do nothing, lessons pause when the trial ends. Every star, medal and lesson is kept; choose a plan later and it starts, and is charged, that day.
- The trial is offered once per parent account.
- Because every parent can try everything free for seven days before paying, payments are not refunded: not the first payment, not renewals, not plans started later.
- Cancelling after the trial stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- A charge taken in error (for example a duplicate) is corrected within 7 working days.
- School plans follow the same rules per seat.

Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The trial starts the moment you sign up, with nothing to enter. A card or UPI AutoPay is set up through Razorpay only when you choose a plan.
When is the first payment taken?
If you choose a plan during the trial, on the day the 7-day trial ends. If you choose one after the trial, the day you choose it. We email you before the trial ends either way.
What if I cancel on day six?
The plan stops at once and nothing is charged. Your child's progress stays on the account, so if you come back later nothing is lost.
Can I get a refund?
No. Because every parent can try everything free for seven days and cancel without charge, payments are not refunded: not the first payment, not renewals, not plans started after a return. A charge taken in error, such as a duplicate, is corrected within 7 working days.
I had a trial before. Do I get another one?
No. The trial is offered once per parent account, on the first plan only. A plan started after a return begins immediately and is charged right away.
How do I cancel?
From the Plan page in the parent area, any time. After the trial, cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan stays on until the end of the period you have paid for; your children keep every star, medal and lesson until then.
Are there any other charges?
No. The price you see is what you pay each month or year, and every invoice is on the Plan page and in your email.
Which payment methods work?
Cards and UPI AutoPay, through Razorpay. Razorpay holds the payment details; we never see your card number.
What does a school pay?
₹999 per child seat per year, invoiced. Seats can be bought in any number and topped up at any time. School plans follow the same trial and refund rules per seat.
What happens to my child's progress if I cancel?
It stays on your account. Stars, medals, lessons and the Masti Buddy exchanges are kept until you delete the child profile or ask us to. Download a copy from Settings at any time.

Nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and nothing is ever charged.
